Celebrating Innovation, Shaped by Waste

Each year, Plus X Innovation celebrates the talent and creativity of its community with a set of awards—and for two years running, we’ve had the pleasure of shaping custom sustainable trophies from the very materials that surround us.

Our workshop is based within the Plus X Brighton hub, so this project felt especially close to home. Together, we collected plastic waste generated by the space and its members, chipped it on-site, and transformed it into the bright yellow awards—formed in the shape of the Plus X Innovation logo.

We couldn’t agree more. These simple yet symbolic trophies are a reminder that circular design doesn’t require complexity—it requires care, intention, and a belief in the beauty of reuse.
