Celebrating Innovation, Shaped by Waste

Each year, Plus X Innovation celebrates the talent and creativity of its community with a set of awards and for two years running, we’ve had the pleasure of shaping custom sustainable trophies from the very materials that surround us.

Our workshop is based within the Plus X Brighton hub, so this project felt especially close to home. Together, we collected plastic waste generated by the space and its members, chipped it on-site, and transformed it into the bright yellow awards; formed in the shape of the Plus X Innovation logo.

We couldn’t agree more. These simple yet symbolic trophies are a reminder that circular design doesn’t require complexity; it requires care, intention, and a belief in the beauty of reuse.
