Returns

Unfortunately we cannot offer returns for our made-to-order items or sale items unless they are damaged or faulty.

Please inspect your item when you receive it and contact us immediately at hello@spared.eco if the item is damaged in anyway. Each of our objects are handmade and due to this, variations in shape, colour and waste distribution and size may occur. Small air holes are also visible and part of the process but are not classed as damage. All sizes given are an approximation.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method which can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process.

Shipping

Products and samples are dispatched from our studio from Monday to Thursday and are sent via Evri for UK orders which takes 3-5 working days.

Shipping is calculated for a standard delivery, but you can select Express shipping at the checkout to receive in 1-2 working days from dispatch. (This only applies to shipments in the UK and cannot be guaranteed - express times vary for international orders.)

Note: International orders may also be liable for customs charges which will be need to be paid by the customer. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Spared, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
