Sustainable Awards Design – Celebrating Excellence in the Cruise Industry

For the Cruise Ship Interiors (CSI) Awards, we crafted bespoke trophies in 2023 and 2024, each one reflecting Spared’s material-driven ethos. The 2023 awards feature stunning terrazzo-style forms made of salvaged seashells from the seafood industry—no two are alike—paying homage to marine heritage in sustainable luxury. 2024 builds on this success, with trophies now crafted from post-consumer plastic waste, marking the second year of our collaboration and cementing our reputation for environmental innovation.

This project was the first tangible expression of a new brand identity refreshed in 2023 by our sister studio Volume, whose creative team designed the branding and graphics. It was a unique moment to see the visual identity translated into tactile forms—trophies that stand as physical embodiments of both brand evolution and material circularity.
